Notes

Psalm 20 consists of prayers by David for a future king from his lineage, asking God to bless and support him. The first section (20:1–5) contains specific blessings, while the second (20:6–8) expresses David's confidence in God's salvation. The psalm concludes with a prayer for the king's salvation, summarizing both the blessings and the assurance of God's response to David's prayers.
